Your rental is pressed, complete, and waiting. Pick it up at your convenience. After the event, bring it back the next business day. No dry cleaning needed — just bring it back as-is.

How far in advance do I need to come in?
Ideally 3–4 weeks before your event. That gives us time to confirm fit, make any alterations, and have everything ready without rushing. One to two weeks out still works in most cases. If you're closer than that — call us first and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What if something doesn't fit right when I pick it up?
You try everything on before you leave. That's not optional — it's part of the process. If something is off, we fix it before you walk out the door. You won't be standing in a mirror the morning of your event wondering if it's supposed to look like this.
Can I pick it up the day before?
Yes. We typically have rentals ready 1–2 days before the event so you're not scrambling the morning of. We'll coordinate a pickup window that works for your schedule.
What if I'm between sizes?
This is common, and it's exactly why in-person fitting matters. We take your measurements and select the size that works, then adjust from there. Off-the-rack sizing isn't the final word — fit is.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. If you have dress shoes you're planning to wear, bring them — it helps us check trouser length. Otherwise, we handle everything from there.
What does returning the rental look like?
Bring it back the next business day after your event. No dry cleaning required — just bring it back the way you picked it up. We'll take care of the rest.
Can I buy instead of rent?
Absolutely, and it's worth considering. Suits start at $249 — not far from rental pricing in some cases — and you keep something tailored to you that you'll wear again. We'll talk through your situation and give you an honest recommendation. There's no pressure either way.
I have no idea what style I want. Is that okay?
That's the most common thing we hear, and it's completely fine. Tell us about the event — where it is, what it feels like, what the dress code says or implies. We'll ask a few questions and point you in a direction. You'll know when something feels right.
