Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply to international orders.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-measure garments
  • Altered items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@columbiaduluth.com or call (218) 722-3339
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack items securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off the package at any UPS location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll do our best to get you the right item as quickly as possible. If the replacement item is a different price, we will refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Alterations

We offer professional alterations for items purchased from Ed Barbo's Columbia Clothing. Basic hemming is complimentary on full-priced trousers. Other alterations are available at competitive rates. Visit our store or contact us to discuss alteration services.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to help expedite the process.

In-Store Returns

You are always welcome to return or exchange items in person at our store. Our staff will be happy to assist you and can often help you find the perfect alternative if you're looking for an exchange.
